We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. Commission inquiry records and order history are retained for a minimum of 3 years. SMS consent records are retained indefinitely as required for legal compliance.
You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing team@thebeeskneesartistry.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that SMS consent records cannot be deleted due to legal compliance requirements.

Terms of Service
Sales and returns
All original paintings are final sale. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at team@thebeeskneesartistry.com with photos and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Commissions
Commissions require a 50% deposit to reserve a spot. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels after work has begun. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery. We retain the right to photograph and share commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
All artwork created by Lindsey Dobbins / The Bees Knees Artistry LLC is protected by copyright. Purchase of a physical painting does not transfer reproduction rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any artwork without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
